NEURODIVERSITY AWARENESS

There is a statistic - often cited – that 15-20% of the workforce is neurodiverse. This number implies several things.
✅Firstly – that there are many people working around you that have naturally occurring differences in how their brain works.

The term ‘Neurodiversity’ is an umbrella term that encompasses autism, ADHD, dyslexia – to give just three examples.
✅Secondly – That there is a huge opportunity. Neurodiversity is an integral part of the human species – with the right support, resources and awareness it can also be a major competitive advantage to your team.
