COACHING

What is coaching?
Coaching is based on the empowering idea that you have the resources and solutions to move forward. That we often have an instinctive and deep-rooted sense of what we want, but that can get lost in the day to day hurly burly of life or blocked by fear of change. My role is to work with you in developing practical strategies that help you move forward, lean into your strengths and overcome the obstacles that may have been getting in the way.
Coaching is also not counselling or psychotherapy, but it does often involve a profound exploration of your motivations and values. I create a safe space to do this. Coaching is not consulting or mentoring - it is not based on me telling you what you should do.
Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF):
This means I have successfully completed over 162 hours of accredited training in completing an approved coaching qualification accredited by the ICF and have surpassed 500 hours of coaching hours.
