What is coaching?
We have all experienced an exceptional period of change in recent years. This has had a profound impact on how we work and live. It has created uncertainty and anxiety, but also the opportunity for change.
Coaching is not prescriptive, and I do not tell you what to do. In this way coaching is different from going to a consultant. Coaching sessions are based on the empowering idea that you have the solutions. My role is to enable you to find and implement those solutions. I work with you in overcoming the obstacles that may have been getting in the way. We often have an instinctive and deep-rooted sense of what we want, but that can get lost in the day to day or blocked by fear of change.
Coaching is also not counselling or psychotherapy, but it does often involve a profound exploration of your motivations and values. I create a safe space to do this and give you the tools to make powerful changes. I use best practice techniques validated by the International Coaching Federation.

Ultimately you choose the objectives that are meaningful for you. The tools and approaches that I use can be equally powerful in overcoming obstacles in both work and in your personal life. I work with both teams and individuals.

Developing more confidence in specific business contexts, for example in communicating to customers.
Developing individual confidence in overcoming obstacles to change.
Understanding and adapting to different working cultures.
I offer three types of Coaching:
1 to 1 Coaching. I work on your specific objectives.
Team Coaching. I work on the objectives of your team.
Group Coaching. I work on the shared needs of a unique group of individuals who are typically from different jobs or companies. This is often thematic in focus - for example the theme might be communicating with confidence to customers.

I have worked in coaching, training and development for all my career and have delivered over 10,000 hours of training and coaching. My career has been defined by the question what makes an outstanding training or coaching experience? I started my career on the fast-track management training scheme with Unilever, before working for the UK government in developing national qualifications.
Since 2010 I have worked as a consultant and business owner in delivering excellence in coaching and training. In 2013 I founded the Language Partnership based in Luxembourg and specializing in delivering innovative and unique coaching and business communication workshops. I am very proud of what we have achieved with 100s of corporate clients and individuals, including factories, banks, investment funds, law firms, European Institutions, IT start ups and universities. I am a Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
