Course Description
This is a series of 5 online workshops designed to help you feel more comfortable and at ease when you speak. What we cover: - Workshop 1: Introductions and 'the art of small' - Workshop 2: Contributing with more confidence and comfort in meetings - Part 1. - Workshop 3: Contributing with more confidence and comfort in meetings - Part 2. - Workshop 4: Giving an update with more clarity and precision. - Workshop 5: Communicating difficult messages in a powerful way. How we work together: - I use coaching techniques focused on unblocking you in how you communicate. - We work in small groups (maximum of 6 participants). I encourage you to speak a lot in a comfortable and supportive environment.
